Nick Cannon is bout to Turn the HEAT Up!

Catch teas, Oxygen Media takes an inside look at what it takes to be the assistant to some of the biggest power players in Atlanta with its new docu-series “Like A Boss,” premiering Tuesday, January 19 at 9pm ET/PT. Executive produced by entertainer and businessman Nick Cannon, the series follows four hardworking and motivated assistants as they look to emulate the success of their respective bosses, but know that it in order to get to the top, they must start at the bottom. Featuring Amber Grimes, assistant to media mogul Nick Cannon; Devin Simpson assistant to successful real estate agent Blair Myers; Rian Parish, assistant to popular radio personality Big Tigger; and Drekia Glenn assistant to music executive Abou “Bu” Thiam, these protégés are out to prove they have the drive, focus and ambition to be a future CEO. Talent can only take this group so far, however, as they struggle to balance their personal and professional lives with the tempting Atlanta social scene surrounding them. From cleaning cars to house hunting and everything in between, these up-and-comers know they are one wrong coffee order away from a pink slip.

“These driven and ambitious assistants featured on ‘Like A Boss’ defy a preconceived millennial perception that Oxygen’s young, multicultural viewers will appreciate,” said Rod Aissa, Executive Vice President of Original Programming and Development, Oxygen Media. “With their passion and persistence these talented hopefuls are determined to prove to their bosses that they can one day run ‘The A.’”

Babeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, all I can say is… “Is this thing recording???” This one shall slayyyyy……

Amber Grimes assistant to Nick Cannon:
The ambitious Amber Grimes dreams of becoming a mogul and is trying to climb the ladder to the top of the entertainment world. She started as an assistant to music executive Abou “Bu” Thiam, but recently left to jump-start her career, managing musicians and artists of her own.  With Nick Cannon in need of an assistant to help launch NCredible South in Atlanta, Amber’s now got an opportunity to work with an A-list star, producer, actor and musician who has the connections to launch her career into the next stratosphere. Becoming Nick’s assistant may feel like a step backwards to Amber, but she knows the doors that this job can open could lead to far bigger opportunities in her career.

Drekia Glenn assistant to Abou “Bu” Thiam:
Drekia Glenn wants to make it big in the music industry. She splits time between working at her mom’s restaurant and going to the hottest clubs to scout for talent, in hopes of discovering a new artist. Drekia has had some minor successes, specifically while working for Shawty Lo, but now she’s ready to break out and get a taste of big-time success in the music game. After reaching out to music executive Bu Thiam, Drekia finally has her shot at the big-time and will learn the ropes as Bu’s second assistant. Hard work won’t be an issue for Drekia, but her strong personality and fiery temper could keep her from making a mark with Bu and slow her climb up the ladder in the music world.

Devin Simpson assistant to Blair Myers:
Devin Simpson is a small-town country boy who has his eye on moving up to the big city of Atlanta to become one of the top real estate agents in all of Georgia. Currently he’s stuck living at home with his parents, while working as an assistant to Blair Myers, one of the best, and most demanding, Real Estate Agents in Georgia. Devin’s worked for Blair for over six months and believes that he can be as good of a real estate agent as his boss, but he’s got a long way to go to make a name for himself. Devin’s job is also hurting his social life – he’s a serial online dater who is looking for a match, but can barely squeeze in enough time for coffee and a chat.

Rian Parish assistant to Big Tigger:
Rian Parish is trying to perfect the balancing act between being an assistant to radio DJ and TV personality Big Tigger and being a mom to three kids. Being an assistant can be incredibly demanding and it has caused Rian to miss out on quality time with her family. However, she knows that these short-term sacrifices can lead her to long-term success. If being a mom and an assistant isn’t enough, Rian’s hustling to jump-start an entertainment career as an on-camera host, but finding the time to fit it in is the biggest problem in her life. If working for Big Tigger can give Rian one thing, it’s a chance to learn how to be an on-air personality from one of the best.

Yusuf Mack be Sucking D**k, Don’t Lie

yusaf_mack.0Okay Bytch, time to get into the TEA. Yusuf Mack, for those who don’t know let me bring you up to speed. Pay attention because I’m going to go QUICK just like him…. (Catch It) Just like he catch it…… (Cough)

Yusaf Mack (born January 20, 1980) is an American professional boxer. He has held regional titles from the USBA (Now the IBF), NABA, UBA, and NABF. Mack has fought several former world champions, including Alejandro Berrio, Glen Johnson and Carl Froch. Mack made his professional boxing debut at middleweight on November 17, 2000 in Biloxi, Mississippi. In his first 24 fights, Mack compiled a record of 22-0 with two draws. Throughout his early fights Mack moved between the middleweight, super middleweight, and light heavyweight divisions.

Okay, now that you are all caught up lets talk. According to 9

Sometime in June – he can’t recall exactly when – Mack boarded a train to New York City and made his way to an address in the Bronx. Once inside the apartment where the filming was to take place, he noticed a number of naked women walking around.

“I think, ‘It’s about to go down.’ I needed a drink or something,” Mack told me over the phone. “They gave me a pill and a shot of vodka. I took the pill down with the vodka.”

The next thing he can recall is being on a train at 30th Street Station and someone telling him to wake up.

“I don’t remember getting on the train,” he told me.

But Mack did later notice that he had $4,500 tucked inside his pocket.

Mack says that he didn’t think of the incident until he was pulled asided by friends who told him about the video. He insisted, “That ain’t me. I don’t remember that.” His friends ultimately convinced him that it was him in the video, though he has never actually seen it. The production company in question,, did not reply to’s emails or Tweets. speculated that Mack could have been given GHB or “G” which lowers inhibitions and can cause memory loss. Mack seems to think the pill he was given was some sort of drug akin to ecstasy, causing his memory to black out, as notes.

Throughout the ‘controversy’, Mack has stated that he is not attracted to men:

“All my real friends who really know me, know I like females,” Mack added. “I’m still me. You’ve got to realize that the ones that are not really talking to me are the ones that probably have skeletons in their closets. My whole life, I’ve been what they call a whoremonger. I love females.”

Kanye and his ugly kicks!

Kims Husband aka the “God of Rap” is now the King of Shoes, too. This fukken ugly ass sneaker and all its ugliness has less to Kanye West receiving this illustrious title from leading sneaker magazine Footwear News, which named the rapper’s signature Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s its “Shoe of the Year” on Thursday.

West’s highly coveted shoe launched online in June, only to sell out worldwide after a few hours.

The kicks originally cost $200 per pair, but they regularly sell for more than triple that amount on the resale market.

“(The 350s have) been a huge hit across a wide swath of influencers, from sneakerheads to stars, fashionistas and a wildly devoted public,” the magazine wrote.

The “All Day” rapper also released a high-top version of the shoe four months earlier called the Yeezy Boost 750s, which he debuted at the Grammy Awards.

“From the moment Kanye West unveiled the 750 high-tops on the Grammys, his Adidas sneakers have been the most-coveted, most-talked-about, most-recognized shoes this year,” the magazine added.

Footwear News will name the rest of its 2015 FN Achievement Award winners in its forthcoming October 26 issue, and the magazine will present hardware live in New York City on Dec. 2.

This is the second year that the magazine has presented the Shoe of the Year award. The winner of 2014’s inaugural honor was Adidas’ classic Sam Smith court shoe.
