One thing we can all agree on is that this feud between Mase and Puff has been going on far too long. One thing has remained the same over time and that is the fact that Mase has kept his cool and not fed into the stir that the media and fan base have attempted to churn.
However… It has come to pass that Mase is not here for the games anymore and is ready to SPEAK ON IT!
Did you catch it? What we heard was
“Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.” New Living Translation “Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets.” Psalm 105:15
In case you haven’t heard yet, VH1 released the news on 03/23/15 stating, “Last season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta ended with a civil meeting between Stevie J and Mimi Faust so what could be next for the former couple? In the first tease from the fourth season, we discover that things have long soured between Mimi and Nikko and it might just take Stevie J to scare him away. Don’t miss the season four’ premiere of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Monday, April 20th at 8/7c!”
Now, you know I’m not one to talk about nobody, however, I’ll make an exception this one time. I was in Wal-Mart the other day with BlacKenDoll and we happened to see Nikko. Babeeeeee, when I tell you he was looking late, tired and TORN in the name on No’Maam. Mind you, this will make the third time this quarter I have seen him and his appearance looking less than off.
Don’t get me wrong, we all have our days, but for a person who built their Brand (not) off of an image they are suppose to be on 1000 at all times. I digress. Now, MiMi, hey MiMi, No shade, you know I live for me some MiMi but I am so tired of this soft voice tired emotion character. I know my gurlfriend gets buck with her on que crying ass.
You ain’t heard nothing from me, but Babeeeeeeeeeeee, wait til you see what happens at the ….. between MiMi and ….. #Oops. Let me be quiet.
Rapper Kid Ink weighed in on Iggy Azalea’s legitimacy as a rap and hip hop artist, “For me, as soon as I see numbers, I respect numbers over everything. You can see this many records that is what it is.” He later explained, “At the same time like she’s getting help from these other artists and is still being developed as an artist, I feel like. Whereas a lot of other artists who are doing so much on their own who are still in that same status and caliber that are upset that they don’t have that chance because they don’t have that same team or background.” Kid Ink sounded off on the ongoing war of words between Azealia Banks and Iggy Azalea. He shared his opinion on Azealia Banks saying, “Personally I haven’t been able to ever see her point of view on a personal basis, I don’t know, I’m not really familiar with her as an artist.” (clips below)

Kid Ink also shared his thoughts on Kendrick Lamar’s controversial remarks about racial tension in Ferguson, Mo and gave Larry his own opinion on what isn’t working, “I am very sympathetic to situations especially when people pass but I never have ever agreed with the riot factor, like that just never works. I don’t feel like it works for anyone, it doesn’t make anything better at the end of the day and a lot of people lose from that.” (clip below)

The “Full Speed” artist talked about whether or not the rap and hip hop community will be open to embracing a mainstream gay artist, “Yeah, you know what I’m saying, if the lyrics and everything is acceptable to that urban community,” and added that it might be a slow acceptance process. Kid Ink ended the interview by giving Larry his very own tattoo sleeve featuring all of Larry’s favorite things. (clips below)
In case you have been out of the loop, say hello to Adrene Ashford. Adrene is Fashion Stylist and recent breakout star from the reality series “Sorority Sisters” that aired on Vh1 a few weeks back and was canceled a few weeks later. #TrueTea
Throughout the few weeks of a Season we at #TSB kept out mouths shut just to see what the kick back was going to be. Well here is our rundown:
Adrene was the Fav.
MeToya was Lost.
Priyanka was the Hoodratt.
Shannon was the White girl who didn’t wanna be known as the White girl but was still a white girl.
April was Thirsty.
Everyone else was Void.
There’s your re-cap of the whole Season. Now, recently we seen a posting on Adrenes Instagram (Adrenes IG)that lead to this post. The comment said “HaHa. Was it worth it? Now your career is over.” Like the Lady she is Adrene didn’t say anything but Babeeeeeeeeeeeeee her Fans went IN.
Now you know we here at #TrueSlamBook.com like to Mind our Own Business. However, this one time I had to make an exception. Adrene was Adrene before Sorority of No Sisters and she will be Adrene after. This California Beauty is a #Fashion Beast. From Film to TV to Music Videos, she does it all. Truth be told (clears throat) she bout the ONLY one who was relevant before the show.
Now, though we may not reside in Atlanta we frequent the City. Every time we are there and take a trip down Peter St. “House of Adrene” (H. O. A) which is the Couturé Boutique owned by Adrene is NEVER pressed for customers. We’ve even seen her On a few Sets in the L. A. area.
All in all, let us end with this. To hate on a person based on perception is a sign of Weakness. So the show wasn’t Perfect, Bytch neither is You. Let me follow you with a camera 24/7 then Edit the Footage how I want to without you knowing. I bet you some of your TRUTHS will came out too you Raggedy Ann Doll Face Bytch. #ThatIsAll
Sooooooooooooo, scrolling the web as we normally do here at #TSB and we see a posting from #RAmag. Shouts to RaynbowAffair Magazine. They keep us in a know of the Fineness. Oops, I mean Newness in the Industry. Anyways, tonight they posted this young man name Felixx and Babeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee….. We all looked at each other and gasped for air.
This FINE ASS lil boy is too cute for words. That Caramel Skin, Smooth Complection, Perfect Nose, White Teeth, and Boyish Look. Ooh chile, I think he just put Diggy Simmons to Rest. Sorry Diggy but, R.I.P to how cute you use to be. Your Days are OVER…… LoL!!!! So, back to business, He Sings. He’s Fine. He makes us Wett. His voice is perfect. His execution is Flawlwss. Hi is Fine. His song is On Point. And, we are in Lust…… Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Felixxxxxxxxxx…… (Page Me: 818-143-FINE)
To understand Felixx, one must know that he marches to the beat of his own rhythmic drum. Groomed from an early age to be a southern gentleman, the Monroe, Georgia-native has mastered the art of distinction. An impressive hybrid of sophistication and warmth, Felixx’s disposition parallels his approach to music as well. A classically trained singer with influential energy from Mozart, John Mayer, Calvin Richardson, Prince, Justin Timberlake and Miguel, the R&B crooner is one of the few artists today to make records incorporating live instrumentation and does so with convincing passion. His moniker, taken from his birth name Felix Thompson with the addition of an “x,” refers to his “Clark Kent” ability to effortlessly transition from one genre to another while remaining GQ smooth.
Felixx’s self-titled debut EP features the lead single he co-wrote, “Applause.” The instrument-laden track, along with its soulful, brilliant harmonies and thick melodies, was inspired by a relationship. Other standout records include the Hip-Hop flavored “Life of the Party,” while “Give It To Me” is a slick, funky and sexy throwback-flavored offering that flirts on the border of Pop and Rock. Showing musical diversity and seamlessly tying together R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock, Felixx is contemporary art set to music.
